The Cary Memorial Library has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that all gifts are used for the purposes intended by the donors. We take this responsibility seriously. The Cary Memorial Library Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization registered with the IRS and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our TIN Number is 04-3462996.
An annual Financial Review is performed by an external Certified Public Accounting firm, and we are pleased to make this Financial Review and the Foundation’s IRS Form 990 public.
